I am a ramen lover and this is the closest thing to authentic ramen in a restaurant that I can find.

I am obsessed with these kits. I always have some in the freezer and when I get down to two I order more. They are easy to make and taste amazing. I can even add extras like slices of seared waygu.

Some of the best ramen I've had outside of Japan. Theres so much flavor and it feels authentic. The chashu is soo good. My only point of criticism is I wish the bamboo shoots were a little higher quality. But the ramen is so good it doesnt take away from how good the whole bowl is.

Ong this shouu ramen is the best I have had in a long time. With my grandma being Japanese it's difficult to find good tasting Japanese food. I have tried other shouu ramens at restaurants and it's not always good. I love the flavor and how it's simple to put together. Restaurants can not compare to this. It's my favorite to order off of this site. Usually I'm a miso or to Katsu kind of gal. This ramen company is a 12/10 and would recommend to anyone trying ramen for the first time and to ramen lover everywhere.
