- Our White Truffle Mushroom, Ginger Garlic Shio, and Spicy Sesame are 100% plant-based
- Are your kits gluten free?

If you substitute for our gluten free noodles, both the White Truffle Mushroom & Ginger Garlic Shio are gluten free and vegan. However, there is soy sauce in most of our other products (which contains gluten) and we cannot guarantee there isn’t any cross-contamination. If you have a serious gluten allergy such as celiac, unfortunately we can’t recommend Kenchan Ramen for you.

- Where do you ship to?
- Currently we ship to Arizona, California, Idaho, Nevada, and Utah. We are working hard to expand our reach so please stay tuned!
- How are the kits shipped?
- Our ramen kits are shipped fresh in a cardboard box with a layer of insulated liners, cool shield bubble mailers, and ice packs to ensure products arrive in the highest quality. Because it is shipped with ice packs/dry ice, your ramen kit contents may freeze in transit.
- How long will it take to get my ramen kits after I’ve ordered?
- You deserve your kits to be delivered in the freshest condition. So, we ship out on weekdays (Tuesday & Wednesday) to ensure it's delivered consistently on a weekday. Once we ship your order your ramen kits will arrive within 2 days.
- My ramen kits arrived thawed, are they still in good condition?
- As long as they are still cold to the touch, they remain safe for consumption. Please immediately refrigerate if it will be consumed within 5 days or freeze. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, or have feedback for our team, please contact team@kenchanramen.us with your order details.
- What is your return policy?
- Due to the nature of shipping perishable food, we are unable to provide returns, refunds, or cancellations of any orders that have already shipped. However, we take customer service seriously. If you have encountered any issues with your order please let us know by sending us an email to team@kenchanramen.us
