  • What is the shelf life of the ramen kits?
    • 5 days refrigerated
    • 6 months frozen
  • Where is Kenchan Ramen?
    • We are based in the beautiful city of Los Angeles and all our kits are cooked and hand-assembled in a certified commercial kitchen
  • Are your kits vegan?
    • Our White Truffle Mushroom, Ginger Garlic Shio, and Spicy Sesame are 100% plant-based 
  • Are your kits gluten free? 
    • If you substitute for our gluten free noodles, both the White Truffle Mushroom & Ginger Garlic Shio are gluten free and vegan. However, there is soy sauce in most of our other products (which contains gluten) and we cannot guarantee there isn’t any cross-contamination. If you have a serious gluten allergy such as celiac, unfortunately we can’t recommend Kenchan Ramen for you.

  • Where do you ship to?
    • We ship nationwide to all 50 states! Orders will arrive within 2-days once shipped.  Please note, we do not ship to PO box addresses because our products are perishable.
  • Is there a minimum order value to place an order?
    • Our current minimum to place an order is $60, and we offer free shipping for all order $100+
  • How are the kits shipped? 
    • Our ramen kits are shipped fresh in a cardboard box with a layer of insulated liners, cool shield bubble mailers, and ice packs to ensure products arrive in the highest quality. Because it is shipped with ice packs/dry ice, your ramen kit contents may freeze in transit. 
  • How long will it take to get my ramen kits after I’ve ordered?
    • You deserve your kits to be delivered in the freshest condition. So, we ship out on Tuesday to ensure it's delivered consistently on a weekday. Once we ship your order your ramen kits will arrive within 2 days. Order cut off is 5PM Monday PST for same week shipment (orders received after the cut off will be shipped out the following Tuesday). 
  • My ramen kits arrived thawed, are they still in good condition?
    • As long as they are still cold to the touch (below 45 degrees), they remain safe for consumption.  Please immediately freeze if it will not be consumed within 5 days. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, or have feedback for our team, please contact team@kenchanramen.us with your order details. 
  • What is your return policy?
    • Due to the nature of shipping perishable food, we are unable to provide returns, refunds, or cancellations of any orders that have already shipped. However, we take customer service seriously. If you have encountered any issues with your order please let us know by sending us an email to team@kenchanramen.us
