While this won't rise to the standard of The Best Ramen I Ever Had (Amsterdam, Men Impossible) it is a very good option for a quick delicious dinner. I love that there are vegan options!
Fun to prepare, and so rich that it is hard to believe that it is vegan (in a good way). Definitely recommended!
since we live in the Palm Springs area we don't have the greatest ramen joints and this is better then most of the noodle shops near me

My wife and I aren't vegan but this is one of our favorite ramen. Truffle flavor is really prominent but not overpowering like it can be in some dishes. Must try!
