Way to much mushroom over powers the flavors. Go easy on the truffle oil, too. Other that I ate the whole bowl
While this won't rise to the standard of The Best Ramen I Ever Had (Amsterdam, Men Impossible) it is a very good option for a quick delicious dinner. I love that there are vegan options!
Fun to prepare, and so rich that it is hard to believe that it is vegan (in a good way). Definitely recommended!
