We have been ordering bulk Kenchan orders for over a year now. We fill our freezer and then grab one when we need a quick, easy, nourishing meal. It’s made some weeknights so easy! We love the quality and the ease. We are big foodies so quality is extremely important to us. We prefer Kenchan to our local ramen spot in town. As long as they’re making Kenchan, we’ll be ordering!

Japanese Smoked Pork Sausage (Japanese Arabiki Sausage)
The Japanese Smoked Pork Sausage (Japanese Arabiki Sausage), from Kenchan Ramen, is a truly delightful and very flavorful sausage with many uses. One of the many uses I make of this wonderful sausage is to make Fried Rice by grilling the sausages with fried eggs and green onion. Another use I enjoy is using them as my breakfast meat – sliced open (halved) and slightly grilled with fried eggs and toast. They are also excellent in sandwiches with a nice Japanese style mayonnaise – like Kewpie® Mayonnaise. Simply put, they are an excellent sausage full of delicious flavor to enjoy.

My Ramen Fix
