I am not a Ramen expert nor am I Japanese but I’m married to one. I love Ramen and I am always searching for quality Ramen, which has overtime been much easier to find in Orange County. This is really great Ramen and I would absolutely recommend it. I think I’ll order some more!
Like the title says, these kits are amazing to have in your freezer. The ramens are better than most restaurant bowls you can get, so having them on hand can satisfy your ramen cravings in less than 5 minutes.
I've tried kits from many different ramen vendors (Ramen Hero, Shin Sen Gumi, Ippudo/Sun Noodle kits, etc.) and these are truly on a whole other level. If you can boil water, you can have a truly restaurant quality bowl of ramen at home in less than 10 minutes. This is while also keeping the cost extremely competitive to those other vendors.
The topping variety suits each flavor very well, and the noodles are also tailored to each version. You owe it to yourself to try a kit, or swing by one of the farmers markets that host Kenchan's ramen to try it!
