Vegan Paradise Set (6 servings) [VG]

I just tried placing an order on the Kenchan Ramen web site. My first choice had contradictory information regarding content which did not match up with the images. Since there was no way of contacting anyone at Kenchan, I tried another option. This including a broken link. Apart from the fact that so many items are sold out, this web site is just too difficult to use and has too many issues. My goal in placing a large order was to save myself time in the kitchen. Now I'm spending that on a poorly maintained web site. Please clean up you act and include a contact form on your site (that someone will actually respond to). I love your product, but I'm beginning to feel like I'm wooing a bad boyfriend. P.S. I had ordered from Kenchan once before, and they forgot to include one of three kits I had ordered. While they were quick to refund me, I still didn't have the food and placing yet another order to replace it would have cost me dearly in shipping. That's why I didn't got back--until now...
