Mazemen is brothless ramen—no soup, just noodles tossed in a bold, concentrated sauce. Our take is inspired by Szechuan-style Dandan Mian (Tantan Men), reimagined to be 100% vegan and loaded with bold flavor.
Two servings of spicy sesame soup base, fresh noodles, roasted tomato, lotus root, spinach, edamame, corn, and chili thread. We recommend using unsweetened milk of your choice (almond, soy, oat, etc). instead of water for added depth and complexity!
Fresh for 5 days refrigerated, up to 1 year frozen
