Made from 100% specially cultivated Mochi rice in Japan's Nagano Prefecture, the soft and tasty germinated brown rice mochi is rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber, and GABA.
Easily prepared with air fryer, toaster oven, or microwave. Enjoy it sweet with powdered sugar, grilled savory, or as a delicious addition to Kenchan Ramen.
