Tried this ramen kit tonight and it was amazing — super authentic and easy to make. The noodles were fresh and chewy, the broth was rich and full of flavor, and the chashu pork literally melted in my mouth. Even the marinated eggs and toppings were spot on.
Honestly felt like I was eating ramen straight from a shop in Japan. Took less than 15 minutes to make and totally worth it. Highly recommend if you’re craving real ramen at home! 😋🔥

They need to take some clues from other home delivery Ramen makers. Their packages are MUCH MUCH easier to prepare. Boil one bag and the noodles, dump them is a bowl and eat. This has a number of bags, none of which get boiled and some of which are nearly impossible to get the contents out of. Good taste but not worth the hassle.
We just spent a month in Japan, and we couldn't get enough ramen while we were there. It was so nice to discover Kenchan so that we can experience great ramen here at home. I LOVE all of the little extras you can purchase like the pickled greens and roasted tomatoes. And it's so easy to throw together but so fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!
