Each kit includes:

2x Chewy udon noodles made with imported Japanese flour
2x Ume plum sauce
2x 100% yuzu juice from Japan 
2x Sansai mixed vegetables
2x Edamame
2x Yuzu pickled daikon
2x Crispy tempura flakes

Ingredients: Udon Noodles (Wheat, Salt), Plum Sauce (Water, Sugar, Vinegar, Japanese Plums, Salt, Gluten Free Soy Sauce, Kelp, Citrus) Vegetable Mix (Potato Vines, Bamboo Shoots, Flowering Fern, Wood Ear, Nameko Mushroom, Stem Lettuce), Yuzu Pickled Radish, Edamame, Tempura Flakes, Yuzu Citrus Juice

Cooking Instructions

1. Bring a pot of water to boil. Remove the wrapper and the udon noodles.
2. Cook noodles to your preferred texture:
   1. 9 min firm, 10 min regular, 11 min soft.
3. Strain noodles under ice cold water. Once noodles are cold, transfer noodles to a serving bowl.
4. Pour the sauce packet over the noodles, add all toppings, and enjoy!
5. Protip: Add greens, marinated egg, etc.
