Mazemen is brothless ramen—no soup, just noodles tossed in a bold, concentrated sauce. Our take is inspired by Szechuan-style Dandan Mian (Tantan Men), loaded with bold flavor.

Prefer it brothy? Just add hot water or your favorite plant-based milk to turn it into a comforting bowl of spicy sesame ramen.

Spice Level 8/10

Two servings of spicy sesame soup base, fresh noodles, lotus root, spinach, edamame, corn, and chili thread. We recommend using unsweetened milk of your choice (almond, soy, oat, etc). instead of water for added depth and complexity! 

Fresh for 5 days refrigerated, up to 1 year frozen
