The spicy tonkotsu broth that you love that is slowly simmered over 16 hours with a splash of shoyu base and spicy garlic chili oil to complete the fatty yet silky full-bodied broth. Most people associate tonkotsu with a very thick, heavy, and fatty broth. Kenchan's unique approach to the spicy pork bone broth finds a medium between the hearty pork and refreshing shoyu to keep you on your toes
2 servings of tonkotsu soup base, 2 servings of fresh noodles, 4 slices of tender pork chashu, 2 packets of pickled mustard greens, 2 packets of bamboo shoots, 2 packets of corn and 2 packets of crunchy garlic chili oil.
Fresh for 5 days refrigerated, up to 1 year frozen

I love all of the Kenchan flavors! It's so cool that it's so easy to have restaurant quality ramen in less than 5 minutes in my house. Ordered them for the first time last week, and had so much fun trying the flavors. Spicy Tonkotsu is one of my faves--really good, flavorful spice, and rich pork broth with yummy toppings. Plus, the Kenchan team is so responsive and helpful! I messed up my order, emailed them, and they had it fixed in a jiffy!
This ramen tasted delicious and fresh. However the chilli oil was like chunky and pasty so it was not easy to get it to come out of the wrapper. Flavor of the chilli oil was okay on its own ( Ive had way better) but it adds a good heat to the ramen.
Amazingly good
I had been looking for a frozen Ramen kit for quite some time in the US. This is the first one that can deliver to both my addresses across the country. I fell in love with ramen and noodle shops in general visiting Japan and traveling a few of their cities, constantly consuming goodies along the way.
The first time I cooked this up I was amazed at how fast the prep time was, and the instructions were crystal clear! Sadly I added a little too much water to the tonkotsu mix, my fault. The flavors were immaculate, the seemingly small amount of food is excellently filling for a person and the flavors are all there. 10/10 absolutely will order this again!
Super easy to make and it was very tasty for at home.
