We don’t have many authentic ramen places nearby. This came right to our doorstep and tasted wonderful. It is super easy to make and tastes as good as the upscale ramen places. The prices are comparable to ramen in our city. We added soft boiled eggs to the bowls. We will definitely be ordering more.
Miso Ramen’s broth had great rich, umami flavor. Loved the small packet of semi dry seasoned fat included that boost the rich flavored broth to premium restaurant quality ramen. Thin sliced pork roll was flavorful, very tender & cut to the proper thickness for easy eating. Ramen had the perfect al dente & curly quality you look for in a good ramen noodle. Ramen portion size was perfect & both packet was very generous (for my taste, it made 3 cups!). Just didn’t care for the overcooked corn, otherwise it would have been 5 star! Can’t wait to taste the other flavors!
The broth is rich and delightful. I was so hyped up for this that once I made it I felt so inspired to take a picture and I never do that usually. Restaurant quality that you can make fresh at home.
This was our 1st time ordering. We were so impressed by the quality, taste, as well as how easy it was to prepare. Will be ordering more so we can try all of the flavors.
It's always a toss-up between pho and ramen for me. But Ramenchan made it easy for me to go RAMEN... it definitely made me put Ramen on top of my list of noodle ranking. And I don't have to leave the house to eat authentic ramen.
