Thick, chewy ramen noodles are tossed in a rich, savory sauce and aromatic oil, then loaded with spicy tobanjan ground pork, seared chashu, edamame, shredded nori, and an extra boost of umami. Mix everything together so every noodle is coated in bold, meaty flavor.

Rich, satisfying, and mildly spicy—this Japanese-style brothless ramen is ready at home in about 10 minutes.

Each kit includes:

  • 2x Thick noodles 
  • 2x Tonkotsu shoyu soup base 
  • 2x Spicy pork 
  • 2x Chashu
  • 2x Fish oil
  • 2x Edamame
  • 2x Shredded Nori 
  • 1x Umami powder 

Ingredients: Thick Noodles (Wheat Flour, Water, Wheat Gluten, Kansui), Soup Base (Water, Pork Extract, Pork Bone, Chicken Broth, Soy Sauce Salt, Nonfat Dried Milk, Soybean Oil, Sugar, Salted Mirin, Vegetable Extract, Yeast Extract, Fish Extract, Garlic Powder, Sesame Oil, Safflower Oil, Caramelized Onion, Black Pepper), Spicy Pork (Ground Pork, Toubanjan, Sugar, Sake, Chili Oil), Pork Chashu (Pork, Water, Soy Sauce, Mirin, Rice Wine, Vinegar, Seasonings), Edamame, Shredded Nori, Fish Oil, Fish Powder (Sardine, Mackerel)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil
  2. Pour one sauce packet, one oil packet and 1-2oz (adjust for preference) of hot water into a serving bowl and mix well.
  3. Cook noodles for 3.5-4 minutes. Drain well, but do not rinse.
  4. Immediately add the hot noodles to the bowl and mix thoroughly until evenly coated.
  5. Add toppings, mix well and enjoy!
  6. Protip- add greens, minced garlic and poached egg for the ultimate experience!
