Try our signature ramen combined with dumplings from our good friends at Cali Dumpling! Their best seller: the Spicy Chicken Wonton is an umami explosion of tender chicken wrapped in a silky egg wrapper. It is the perfect add-on to any of our ramen kits. Spicy wonton dipping sauce is included!

1 bag of wontons (12 pieces) + your choice(s) of number of ramen kits and flavors.

Cooking instructions- Steam:

  • Bring water to a rolling boil in a steamer pot.

  • Lightly oil or line the steamer basket with parchment or cabbage leaves to prevent sticking.

  • Place frozen shumai directly in the steamer, leaving a bit of space between each.

  • Cover and steam for 8–10 minutes until fully heated through

  • Serve with soy sauce, chili oil, vinegar, or add to your ramen bowl!
