100% buckwheat soba noodles are extremely rare, as most soba noodles are a blend of buckwheat flour and wheat flour. Kenchan Soba noodles are made by 100% buckwheat flour with zero sodium, high in protein, and best enjoyed as hot soup noodles, cold dipping noodles, or as a cold noodle salad!
