Try our signature ramen combined with potstickers from our good friends at Cali Dumpling! The Pork and Shrimp Shumai pair well with our White Truffle Mushroom ramen, Premium Tonkotsu, Classic Shoyu, and Premium Original Miso. 

The perfect combination with any ramen, but we recommend pairing with our classic sets! Enjoy as a side dish or inside the bowl.

1 bag of potstickers (12 pieces) + your choice(s) of number of ramen kits and flavors.

Steaming Instructions:

  1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in pan over medium/medium-low heat.

  2. Once the pan is hot, add the desired amount of dumplings.

  3. Fry for about 1 minute (pro tip: don't move the dumplings around to get a crispy bottom on the dumpling).

  4. Add 2 oz of water and cover with a lid

  5. Continue to fry on medium to low heat for 4 minutes.

  6. Remove lid after 4 minutes and cook the dumplings until the water evaporates, or until the bottoms are a nice golden brown.
