In collaboration with our good friends at High Society Meats, we created the ultimate premium beef variety pack (4 servings) for fine dining enthusiasts and wagyu lovers!
Due to food safety regulations, it's exclusive to only farmers market pick-up and west coast shipping zones (CA, AZ, NV, UT). Content includes:
- 2 servings of Roasted Garlic Shio (roasted garlic soup base, fresh noodles, blanched spinach, bamboo shoots & onion ginger oil)
- 2 servings of Classic Shoyu (soy sauce soup base, fresh noodles, blanched spinach, bamboo shoots & onion ginger oil)
- 8 oz of A5 Kagoshima Sliced Chuck Roll (3-4 slices)
DIRECTIONS FOR 1 SERVING:
- Bring 4 cup of water to a boil and cook noodles for 1.5-2 min
- In a separate pot, add soup base & oil packet to 1.5-2 cups of water and bring to a simmer
- Strain noodles and rinse with cold water
- Add noodles, wagyu, and toppings to serving bowl
- Gently pour the hot broth over the wagyu and into the serving bowl
- Alternatively, cook wagyu in soup base broth for 5-10 seconds before adding to the serving bowl.
- Enjoy!
