    DIRECTIONS FOR 1 SERVING:

    1. Bring 4 cup of water to a boil and cook noodles for 1.5-2 min
    2. In a separate pot, add soup base & oil packet to 1.5-2 cups of water and bring to a simmer
    3. Strain noodles and rinse with cold water
    4. Add noodles, wagyu, and toppings to serving bowl
    5. Gently pour the hot broth over the wagyu and into the serving bowl
      1. Alternatively, cook wagyu in soup base broth for 5-10 seconds before adding to the serving bowl.
    6. Enjoy!

    SO GOOD

    The meat cooked beautifully in the broth, and everything tasted great! Did I make 2 portions and split the Wagyu in half instead of the recommended 4 separate portions? SURE DID. Worth it. Thanks also for making the swap for me so that all portions of broth and noodles were gluten-free. Delish!
