Rich. Creamy. Flavorful.

Similar flavor profile to the tonkotsu, the creamy chicken bone broth is slowly simmered for 16 hours with a splash of shoyu for a smooth yet rich bowl. The chicken breasts are sous vide then sliced to maintain its tender and juicy texture.

2 servings of creamy chicken soup base, 2 servings of fresh noodles, 4 slices of sous vide chicken breasts, 2 blanched spinach, 2 packets of bamboo shoots, 2 packets of corn and 2 packets of onion ginger oil.

湯頭

湯頭感覺沒有豬骨湯來的濃厚,雞肉也還可以。.

Not bad, but not great. Not as creamy as tonksuto or miso. Greens are tasteless, and chicken is grainy. Miso and tonksuto are better options.

Excellent Ramen, Chicken Meat Could Be Improved

This ramen kit's soup base has excellent flavor, on par with the tonkatsu ramen. It's easy to make and has better quality than most ramen restaurants that I've been to. The only downside is the chicken meat itself, which is a bit bland and sometimes tastes more like turkey than chicken. The pork in the tonkatsu ramen is superior in this regards.
