S.G. Finding out I had a gluten sensitivity was hard because suddenly there's so many food I can't eat anymore and ramen was one of them. But these gluten free noodles are amazing. They taste just like regular noodles. It's only now becoming more common for ramen places to offer gluten free noodles, but Kenchan Ramen has had my back for a year now!
